08 — Request Access

Request platform access. One conversation.

Access is currently granted on a managing-partner-introduction basis. The conversation begins with a thirty-minute architecture walkthrough — modules, compliance, the audit log, and the licensing structure — conducted by the supervising attorney at the flagship firm.

Step 01 · The Introduction

By managing-partner introduction.

A managing partner at an existing licensee firm or coalition member sends an email introducing you to the supervising attorney. The introduction names the inquiring firm, the practice area, and a one-line on the question being answered.

Step 02 · The Walkthrough

Thirty minutes, one live matter.

Architecture walkthrough conducted inside a live (anonymized where required) Day Law matter. Intake screen, attorney review queue, citation gate, audit-log export, and the e-filing path. The supervising attorney leads; coalition members participate by request.

Step 03 · NDA & Document Review

Operating documents on request.

Under NDA, the IP-CO/OpCo operating agreement, the customer-firm subscription template (with UPL-allocation clauses), the source-code escrow agreement, and the HIPAA BAA are reviewable. Standard institutional B2B-SaaS document set.

Step 04 · Onboarding

Branded deployment under your firm.

Licensee firms deploy under their own brand front end — their name, their colors, their wordmark. The platform attribution carried by every output is the consistent footer line “powered by Law-All-Day.” Onboarding includes intake-cascade configuration, matter-scaffold customization to the firm’s practice mix, and the audit-log compliance review.

Begin the conversation.

Email access@lawallday.com with the introduction details above. Replies come from the supervising attorney at the flagship firm within two business days.
